Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources
Terri Timberman serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources Broadcom Corporation. In this role, she is responsible
for managing and leading Broadcom's global HR organization, focusing on organizational development, employee relations, employee
training and development, compensation and benefits, recruitment and retention strategies and integration of acquisitions.
Ms. Timberman joined Broadcom in March 2009 after serving in senior HR positions at Planar Systems, Inc., AMI Semiconductor, Inc., Radisys Corporation and Merix Corporation. She also held senior positions in the human resources departments at Tektronix, Inc., and TriQuint Semiconductors, and serves on the Board of Directors for NACME - National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering.
Ms. Timberman received a B.A. in Organizational Communications from Marylhurst University in Portland, Oregon.
