Privacy: Use of the Forums is also governed by the Broadcom Privacy Policy. By using or accessing the Forums, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
User Content: You are solely responsible for all messages, answers, responses, images, code, data and other information or content that you upload, display or otherwise submit or communicate (hereinafter, "post") on or through the Forums (collectively, "User Content"). By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have all rights in and to such User Content necessary to permit you to post such User Content and grant the licenses thereto specified herein; (ii) such User Content will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights); and (iii) such User Content will not contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.
License to User Content: By posting User Content on or though the Forums, you grant Broadcom an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), publish and distribute such User Content, and to incorporate such User Content in other works in any format or medium and in any product or service for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.
User Conduct: You agree that you will not use this Forum for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Forum Terms of Use. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not do any of the following:
Review and Monitoring: All User Content reflects the opinions of the original authors and does not reflect the opinions of Broadcom. Broadcom does not verify the accuracy of any User Content and makes no representations or warranties with respect to any User Content. You understand and agree that Broadcom may, but is not obligated to, monitor and review the Forums and may refuse, delete or remove (without notice) any User Content or other content on the Forums in Broadcom's sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that Broadcom believes violates these Forum Terms of Use.

Broadcom reserves the right to remove any User Content that allegedly infringes another person's copyright. Broadcom may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of Users who infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Broadcom or others in connection with the Forums, including accounts of repeat infringers.
If you believe that your work has been displayed on the Forums in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your copyright rights have otherwise been violated in connection with the Forums, please provide a notice of such infringement to Broadcom's Designated Agent as set forth below:

The failure of Broadcom to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Forum Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance. If any provision of these Forum Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
