User Content: You are solely responsible for all messages, answers, responses, images, code, data and other information or content that you upload, display or otherwise submit or communicate (hereinafter, "post") on or through the Forums (collectively, "User Content"). By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have all rights in and to such User Content necessary to permit you to post such User Content and grant the licenses thereto specified herein; (ii) such User Content will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights); and (iii) such User Content will not contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.
License to User Content: By posting User Content on or though the Forums, you grant Broadcom an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), publish and distribute such User Content, and to incorporate such User Content in other works in any format or medium and in any product or service for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.
User Conduct: You agree that you will not use this Forum for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Forum Terms of Use. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not do any of the following:
Review and Monitoring: All User Content reflects the opinions of the original authors and does not reflect the opinions of Broadcom. Broadcom does not verify the accuracy of any User Content and makes no representations or warranties with respect to any User Content. Broadcom may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of Users who infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Broadcom or others in connection with the Forums, including accounts of repeat infringers.
