Grand Champion™ 133-MHz PCI-X® SystemI/O Bridge
The Second Generation Grand Champion™ PCI-X SystemI/O Bridge (CIOB-X2) is a high performance enterprise class I/O bridge that provides a low latency data link between the IMB and two PCI-X channels. The highly efficient integrated bus arbitrator of the CIOB-X2 allows support for up to seven PCI-X bus masters. Ample bandwidth is provided by the CIOB-X2 which supports concurrent 64-bit 33MHz, 66MHz, 100MHz and 133MHz peer-to-peer PCI-X transactions. Deep I/O queues, Write Through caching, RAS features and error reporting make the CIOB-X2 a high performance enterprise class server PCI-X I/O bridge.
