The LPD3030-4 is a high-performance 1×4 InGaAs-based PIN photodiode array offering four channels of high responsivity, low dark current and low capacitance for high-bandwidth, high-performance optical receiver designs. The photodiode’s low parasitics make it ideal for high-speed, singlemode, 4x25Gb/s applications in combination with today’s high-performance 4x25Gb/s quad channel transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs).
