The LPD3030-4-P750 is a high-performance 1×4 InGaAs PIN photodiode array offering four channels of high responsivity with a channel pitch (spacing) of 750m, and low dark and low capacitance for high-bandwidth, high-performance optical receiver designs. The photodiode’s low parasitics make it ideal for high speed, singlemode, 4x28Gb/s applications in combination with today’s high-performance 4x28Gb/s quad channel transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs). The 750µm channel spacing allows for demux optical assemblies using wide spacing and transimpedance amplifiers that require ultra-low crosstalk. The P750 version is based upon Cosemi’s field-proven, qualified, high-performance LPD3030-4 with 250µm spacing.
