The LPD3035 is a mesa-structured, InGaAs- based PIN photodiode offering high responsivity, low dark current and low capacitance for high bandwidth, high performance optical receiver designs. The LPD3035 has a slightly smaller aperture than its complimentary LPD3030 version, and as a result the LPD3035 has 2-3 more GHz bandwidth than the LPD3030 for applications such as PAM4 that might benefit from more bandwidth.
