4x10Gb/s LR4-lite Receive Optical Subassembly (ROSA)

Currently Viewing:

The Broadcom AFCP-CR4X10P is a 40GE-LR4 Lite receive optical subassembly (ROSA) device designed for use in a quad small form factor pluggable (QSFP) transceiver module, providing long range 40GbE interconnects for routers and switches in the large scale data center network. The device device integrates an optical de-multiplexer to separate four incoming CWDM wavelengths using four high-reliability, high-performance 10Gb/s PIN photo-detectors with integrated transimpedance amplifiers (TIA).
The Broadcom 40GE-LR4 Lite TOSA/ROSA solution supports up to 2km transmission at 40G (4 x 10.3125 Gb/s) over standard G.652 single mode fiber (SMF).
