The SPD3025-4 is a mesa-structured, GaAs-based 1×4 PIN photodiode  array offering high responsivity, low dark current and low capacitance for high bandwidth, high performance optical receiver designs.  The photodiodes’ low parasitics make it ideal for high speed, multimode 4x25Gb/s and 4x28Gb/s applications in combination with today’s high performance 4x28Gb/s  quad channel transimpedance amplifiers (TIA).  The 3-pad G-S-G design enables the user flexibility in wirebonding to transimpedance amplifiers (TIA) and can help reduce crosstalk to adjacent channels.
