Overview

ACNT-H61L is a low-power digital optocoupler device in 15mm wide creepage and 14.2mm clearance that combines a light emitting diode (LED) and an integrated high gain photo detector designed to provide optically isolated interface for system control and data communications interface. The device is extremely low power, consuming up to 2 mA of supply current across wide temperature range. The LED forward current operates from 4.5 mA.
This optocoupler supports either 3.3V or 5V supply with guaranteed AC and DC performance from -40 °C to +105 °C. The output of the photo detector is a CMOS output. The internal Faraday shield provides a minimum of 20 kV/µs CMR minimizing errors in noisy environment.
ACNT-H61L is well suited for isolated communication logic interface and control in high-voltage power systems such as high-voltage power systems eg. 1500V PV systems, 690Vac drives, renewable inverters, and medical equipment.
