Open Collector Output Optocoupler in 15mm Stretched SO8 Package

ACNT-H511 is a single-channel open collector optocoupler device in 15mm stretched SO8 package. The device is equipped with an insulating layer between the light emitting diode and integrated photon detector to provide electrical insulation between the input and output. Having separate connections for the photodiode bias and output transistor collector reduces the base-collector capacitance and enhances the data speed up to a hundred times compared to a conventional photo-transistor coupler.

The ACNT-H511 is well suited for isolated communication logic interface and control in high-voltage power systems such as 1500V PV systems, 690VAC drives, renewable inverters and medical equipment.
