The Broadcom ACCL-9410 is a quad-channel, 3/1 bi-directional digital isolator device based on capacitive coupling. The device provides high-speed data transmissions across an insulation barrier, capable of operating up to 25 MBd with propagation delay of 40 ns.

The ACCL-9410 is available in 150-mil narrow body 16-pin SOIC package. The device operates at 3.3V/5V supply. The electrical DC and timing AC specifications are specified over the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
