  • The HCPL-0314 gate drive optocoupler is a GaAsP LED optically coupled to integrated circuit with a power output stage all packaged into SO-8, 5.08mm X 5.99mm. It is ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs in energy-efficient home appliances and motor control inverter applications. The HCPL-0314 offers high common-mode rejection, lower operating current and wider temperature range than competitors parts. The HCPL-0314 is 60% smaller in size than the conventional 8-pin DIP, which lowers overall system cost while delivering uncompromising performance.
