The Broadcom ACPL-302J is a 2.5A gate drive optocoupler device with integrated flyback controller for isolated DC-DC converter. The device also features integrated active Miller clamp, IGBT DESAT detection, and Under Voltage Lock-Out (UVLO) with feedback. The fast propagation delay with excellent timing skew performance enables excellent timing control and efficiency. This full-feature optocoupler device comes in a compact, surface-mountable SO-16 package for space saving. With a 2.5A rail-to-rail output, the device is ideal for driving IGBTs and power MOSFETs in industrial power inverter and motor drive applications.
