AC Input, Multi-channel half-pitch phototransistor optocouplers

The ACPL-224-500E photocoupler is an AC-input dual-channel half-pitch phototransistor optocoupler each of which contains 2 light emitting diodes connected inversely parallel and  optically coupled to 2 separate phototransistors.

Likewise, the ACPL-244-500E is an AC-input quad channel half-pitch phototransistor optocoupler each of which contains 2 light emitting diodes connected inversely parallel & optically coupled to 4 separate phototransistors.

For both devices, the input-output isolation voltage is rated at 3,000 VRMS. Response time, tr, is 2μs typically, while minimum CTR is 20% at input current of ±1 mA.
