High-Gain, Low-Current LNA with Variable Current and Shutdown Function

Currently Viewing:

The Broadcom ALM-GA001 is a low noise amplifier (LNA) designed for GPS/ISM/WiMAX applications.

The LNA uses Broadcom's proprietary GaAs enhancement-mode pHEMT process to achieve high gain with very low noise figure and high linearity.

  • Very Low Noise Figure
  • High Gain
  • High IIP3 and IP1dB
  • Advance GaAs E-pHEMT
  • Low External Component Count
  • Adjustable Bias Current via Single External Resistor/Voltage
  • CMOS-compatible Shutdown Pin (SD)

  • GPS, Celullar, PCS, UMTS, WLAN, WiMAX, LTE Applications
