The ABA-53563 is a general purpose 5V Silicon Broadband RFIC amplifier housed in an industry standard SOT-363 (6-lead SC70) package. The device exhibits high gain, good linearity and a flat, broadband frequency response up to 3.5 GHz.


  • At 2GHz, the ABA-53563 delivers gain of 21dB, OIP3 of up to 23dBm and P1dB of 13dBm at 5V/45mA biasing. Internal input and output 50-ohm matching makes it simple to use with little design efforts, making it an excellent choice for IF, buffer and general purpose amplifiers for the wireless communications market.
