Low Noise Amplifier with switchable Bypass/Shutdown Mode in Low Profile Package

Currently Viewing:

Broadcom's MGA-65606 is an economical, easy-to-use GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) with Bypass/Shutdown mode.

MGA-64606 has low noise and high linearity achieved through the use of Broadcom’ proprietary 0.25um GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process.

The 2.5-4.0 GHz MGA-65606 LNA has switchable shutdown and bypass functionality that enables it to be bypassed during periods of high input signal power. This feature reduces current consumption, conserving battery-life in portable devices. The MGA-65606 addresses WiMAX, Wireless Local Loop and other applications.

  • Low current consumption
  • Adjustable bias current
  • Simple matching network
  • Low Noise Figure
  • Low current consumtion in Bypass Mode, <100µA
  • High Linearity (LNA and Bypass Mode)
  • Low profile package

  • Low noise amplifier for WiMAX, Wireless Local Loop
  • Other ultra low noise applications in the 2.4 - 4 GHz band
