Brocade offers a wide range of support options for our hardware and software products. Brocade support plans help customers meet network challenges while maximizing the returns on their technology investments.

Essential Support   Support for Brocade hardware products includes 24/7 access to the Technical Assistance Center (available both by phone and online), online self-service tools and your choice of several hardware replacement Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Premier Support   This is the highest level of support offered by Brocade. In addition to the features included in Essential Support, Premier Support includes a lengthy list of preferential features and a Brocade Support Account Manager (SAM).

Services Add-on Menu   These features supplement base support contracts with à la carte selections.

Professional Services   Utilize the expertise of Brocade consultants to plan, deploy and manage your current and future network needs.

Residency Services    Let our technology experts bring certified Brocade expertise, proven best practices and a commitment to your success to every resident engagement. 

Warranties and Returns   To return your product to Broadcom for repair or replacement, you must obtain authorization using the RMA Portal. 

Support Tools   Get access to the support tools you need, including network health tools, software product evaluations and open source code

Open Source Code   Access the source code software files for open source software included in many Brocade products. These software files are provided in accordance with the terms of the licenses pertaining to such files.

SMI Agent   The Brocade host-based SMI Agent is a proxy agent that resides on a separate host system allowing applications to manage Brocade SAN infrastructures from a single access point by communicating with multiple switches and multiple fabrics. It does not require any modification or upgrade to deployed Brocade fabrics, and it supports the widest range of switches in the industry.
