Summary

A Directory Traversal Vulnerability in servlet SoftwareImageUpload in the Brocade Network Advisor versions released prior to and including 14.0.2 could allow remote attackers to write to arbitrary files, and consequently delete the files.

Solution

Brocade has fixed the vulnerability described in this advisory in Brocade Network Advisor versions 14.0.3, 14.1.1, and later releases. The patch releases have been posted to the MyBrocade web portal. Brocade strongly recommends that all customers running the impacted version(s) install the patch.

Workaround

There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability.
